Peaceful Camping Trip
Beautiful space, easy access to swimming hole and trails through the forest. Great campsite as well. Remember to pick up your trash, we collected a whole bag full from a walk to the swimming hole. Thank you land and thank you Ken for hosting!

Private retreat, great site.
This is the best hip camp we’ve been at. What I appreciate so much is the privacy. We camped at site 2, deep in the woods with no other sites visible. Although, I don’t know think you’d really be able to see any site from any site because it’s so spread out across the acreage. It’s obvious that this land can host 1000s of people for an event but I appreciate so much that the hip camp hosts only four very spread out sites. Definitely needed the off road camper for the site we picked but the others would not require this. All of the sites are huge. We loved that we didn’t have to leash up our dogs. The swimming hole was great…clean quiet. The sites were reasonably clean..we did pick up some broken glass and some trash we found but that’s obviously the fault of prior campers. Didn’t meet or hear from owner, but didn’t need to either. Will definitely book this again.

This is a wonderful spot! It was easy to find and Ken was a fantastic host. There is so much land and you really can’t see other campers. The swimming hole was a gem. It was a perfect place for my dog to roam as well! It is a great escape from the city

Peaceful, Remote Camping Getaway
Really enjoyed the primitive camping at Ken’s property. He met us upon arrival and showed us where to set up. The property was so big, we never saw where others campers were set up. The swimming hole was a hit after a long day of hiking. (Hill was steep getting to it however worth the hike). Can’t wait to visit again. It was a peaceful and relaxing time.
