Welcome to the Great Allegany Passage, Gateway to the West. Our 130 acres of rolling pastures. is bisected by the Western Maryland Rail Road and the National Bike trail. Home of the Helmstetters Curve. An agrotourism startup practicing regenerative farming. Goats, pastured poultry and two lovable dogs. You can bike from our farm along the trail to Washington DC or Pittsburgh and beyond.Pitch your tent on the hill side. Watch the trains go buy twice a day, enjoy the bike path and take in the stars. Explore the brush tunnel and check out the sights in Frostburg and Cumberland. History is everywhere. The whisky rebellion to the invention of the rubber tire. We have all in Allegany county.
