Eighth generation farm in continuous since 1812. 200 acres of open fields, forest and streams. We have many trails on the property as well as a waterfall. There is fishing, kayaking and the Appalachian trail all within 30 minutes. Farm store is open with maple syrup, maple products, beef, pork, eggs and specialty products.

The Meadow Site

David was a great host and showed us to our site. It was very private and had lots of areas to explore and hike. It had everything we were looking for.

The Meadow Site

Great site! Bring sleeping bags and blankets and not worry about setting up a tent. The camp table has a nice roof for rain and the fields were beautiful to wake up to on a sunny morning. A bit pricey so hoping this would be a little cheaper next time!

Berry Patch Site

This campsite could not have been more perfect! Very private but still easy to find and close enough to the farm house to feel safe. David was very responsive and the site was beautifully maintained. So much to explore in the area, and at the site itself. The view of the field was very peaceful, two fawns were playing in it one evening. Highly recommend and wish I could have stayed longer

Berry Patch Site

A great night at the Berry Patch.

The Berry Patch site was just as described and more. Set on the wooded edge of a field that seems to stretch forever, Berry Patch felt removed and secluded (although you could hear the occasional car on the main road). I camped here with my two sons and their friend and we all thought it was a great site. The leftover Tentrr set up of platform, pantry, table and benches was perfect for meal prep and we used the fire pit and firewood provided by David. Great views at the top of the field and the Granville MA area is really great. My only heads up on the site is the grass is a bit longer and site is a bit sloped if you don't use the platform provided. Didn't impact us as the grass provided extra cushion ground camping. David is a great host and recommended to usthe Blandford Fair and the tractor pulls that were happening there which my kids and I really loved. Thanks David, really nice site you have - hope to be back.

The Meadow Site

My family had a great time camping at the meadow site! It was peaceful and we got a beautiful sunrise - the outhouse and picnic tables were much appreciated and there was a nice level spot for the kids tent.

Berry Patch Site

Cozy site behind a blueberry patch

We had such a perfect stay at this site! It was secluded and cozy but having the adirondack chairs, tables, tent platform and fire pit felt like luxury:) David was really nice and a clear communicator! Would highly recommend this site!
