Nomadic camping
Best for self-contained campers. There are no toilets, showers, or potable water at this Hipcamp.
We are a multi sports center with surrounding woods and fields. The entire property is 9.53 acres but the camp site is a acre next to the bike trail and close to the ocean (1 mile or less). The club on the property has an indoor rock wall, 25 yard salt system pool (84 degrees year round) saunas, hot tubs, strength & cardio facilities, tennis, pickleball, basketball, squash, racquetball, indoor field house with indoor 15,000 square foot turf field, Kid's Zone with Playworld, a two story soft play structure with slides, tunnels and lots of climbing adventures, bounce house, restaurant, classes of all kinds, yoga, aerobic, Pilates, etc. this is a beautiful ocean village close to Provincetown, Truro and Wellfleet on one side and Orleans, Chatham and Brewster the opposite directionPark on the side or rear of the property. You have access to the bike trail, open area surrounded by woods, private and safe. Ocean within one mile of your site, multi-sports club located on site, paddleboard and kayak rental located on site, close to shops and restaurants. Many beautiful areas to explore, dunes, ocean, you can even feed the chickadees out of your hand, walk beach forest, visit the light houses, enjoy old fashioned Cape Cod Lobster Clam Bake, or watch the herring run. Lots to do and see no matter the season.

This is our third stay. Perfect for a self contained RV. Quiet, convenient and reservation process/check in simple.

Once the gym was closed the parking lot was extremely quiet and the perfect place to stay! We sleep in a rooftop tent on our Outback so there was plenty of room for us to camp out. Area was quiet, private, and felt safe. The only downside was that we weren't sure where to check in, and never heard back from the property owner. However, her staff inside was more than helpful and very kind.

Very convenient location. Level lot, right next to rail trail. Worked great for our self contained RV. Would stay again.

Right on the rail trail and not far from beaches, light houses and restaurants near by. We were looking for a quiet, stress free get away and this was the best.

It was a fine spot to park for the night. Quiet. Dark enough. I slept just fine. There are bathrooms at the national park entrance about 5 minutes away.

No campsite this grasland.

So sorry to write this rating. We knew we choose a simple campsite, but at arrival 6/11/2023 we went to the sportschool to ask where to find the entrance or office of the campsite. The manager gave us the direction and by asking he said that Barbara would be there. The site is a grasland at the back of a sports hall, we didn’t recognize a camping site and we found no Barbara . We didn’t feel safe staying in this area with no campfacilities at all, not an office or any protection like gates/ lights etc. We decided to look for an other option. I sent Barbara a message in which we explained why we decided not to stay at this terrain. I also asked her to refund the money, she answered she would do that. Barbara sent us a message that she would do so. No money back after 3 requests if she had the right information to refund. On none of these remembers we got reaction. I want to share this with potentional new guests we lost money and trust in this so called campsite.
