Jeremy‘s land and accompanying campsites are undoubtedly the most beautiful HipCamp campsite we have ever experienced. We woke to a combination of birdsong and bullfrog trolling, and were able to see morning shimmering across a beautiful pond. Surrounded by calming countryside on all sides, we felt as if we had landed on a small piece of paradise. We would definitely go back and will mark it as our number one choice for southeast lower Michigan.

Great property, friendly host. I was only there for a short time and didn't get to explore the property but the host met me face to face, offered ice and water if I needed it. Would stay again if in the area.

I stayed here and …
I wanna start this out by saying this, 2 ponds and a farm happen to be my first “Hipcamp” experience. With that said Kim and Jeremy have set the bar pretty high! From the moment we spoke on the phone to the first in person meeting and handshake they were truly incredible, So welcoming and offered to fill my water jugs and they sell firewood. After parking my truck I had a chance to talk with Kim and Jeremy for a good while and I really enjoyed their time!
Their property? Where do I start? Well from the moment I was told “ it’s a bit of a bumpy ride” I knew I was gonna be in the right place. The road that goes back to the sites sets the adventure off awesome. They have an outhouse and will explain to you on how to properly use it. When you get back to the sites that’s when you really get a view of what “2 ponds and farm” has to offer you. Fishing? They have it. Hiking? You can do it. Site seeing? It’s there! Bird watching? You’ll have the perfect spot or if you are just like me and want a place to just unwind and enjoy nature with friends , family or even solo! I have taken some photos to show the property for its true beauty. I didn’t get up to see the animals ( I’m sure of I asked and it wasn’t Father’s Day I definitely could have! ) they’re also a short drive to downtown Oxford!
To wrap up my review if you’re looking for a very nice , quite little farm to stay in then look no further. This will be everything you’re looking for! Jeremey and Kim thank you!🫶🏼

Exactly what we were looking for
The site was perfect. Exactly what I was looking for. My kids and I like rustic camping ... as I'd rather not take them to a rowdy campground. This fit the bill. It was peaceful, secluded and there was tons of space.
The host, Jeremy, had a perfect tone. He was accommodating when we showed up, gave us the lay of the land, answered all our questions and then let us be (but said we can text him if we need him).
It's no frills, for sure. You get a fire ring and a composting toilet -- and I have to say, the toilet was about as clean as a composting toilet can possibly be. But, hey, no frills is what you're signing up for right?
I definitely recommend.
