Established in 1874 Dhaseleer Farms is a century old organic produce farm located on Northern Michigans scenic bike route 35 just 3 miles from downtown Charlevoix and its beaches. The farm features an old 1874 dairy barn converted into an event and wedding location. Flower and vegetable gardens to enjoy, fresh produce usually available. Mens and Women's bathrooms w/ shower are located inside the Events Barn. Electricity is available. Sites 1, 2 3 have a fire ring and fire wood included. Site 4 does not include a fire ring but there is usually access to one in front of the Events Barn. Extra tables and chairs are provided. Coffee and refrigeration available inside the Events Barn. A sink for washing dishes is provided inside the barn. NO cooking equipment provide. No cooking allowed inside the Events Barn any cooking needs to be done at your campsite. Wifi works at the campsites.

Site 1

My boyfriend and I stayed here for Labor Day weekend, it was a great time. The showers stay hot and the bathrooms are always clean. There’s fresh berries and wildflowers for you to pick, as well as firewood to use at your fire pit. The owner was outside right away to help navigate us to our spot, which left for very little confusion. A quick 9 minute drive to downtown Charlevoix, but a very peaceful spot with minimal traffic/noise. I would totally recommend staying here and would absolutely come again if I’m in the area.

Very peaceful and beautiful farm. Our camping spot was large and we really appreciated the free firewood and all the amenities in the barn. Would highly recommend this place for camping. We had a great time!

A Gem of a Place

This property is absolutely beautiful! So peaceful and quiet, yet still close to everything and town. We loved our time here! The barn is so nice and having the clean showers, restrooms and kitchen access were fantastic after a long week on the road.! The owner is so kind and accommodating, I definitely recommend this spot!

Site 4 - Dhaseleer Farm Camping

lovely gardens to camp and enjoy

This is a beautiful site with garden view on one side and tree line on the other . Perfect and private. There was a picnic table at this site when we stayed but not a fire pit . Many fire pits in various other areas to use just not in this one but we did not want to have a fire anyway so no big deal. The bathrooms and showers are a longer walk from this site then some of the others < the showers and bathrooms are clean and wonderful amenities. The entire events barn is spacious and a fantastic place to hang out . We enjoyed a drink upstairs in the barn in comfy couches during the rain storm. The host is personable and a great farmer Im impressed with all the produce and flowers right outside my camper!

Site 2 - Dhaseleer Farm Camping

Carl met us upon arrival & gave us a guided tour while also answering any questions we had. The property was easily accessible, well kept, clean and having a nice shower and toilet was an added bonus! Would recommend and will look up Carl in the future when we are in the area!
