The Lot - Beach Camping
Not fully what was expected. Beautiful Lake view but multiple sites close together with very limited parking and a bit of stagnant marsh smell instead of clean beach. Also more primitive than expected, bathroom facilities a drive away across busy highway in a questionable environment with rougher clientele all around (looked like a halfway house for homeless).

Directions
Loved this! When arriving be aware that it’ll take you on a place that looks like it’s someone’s driveway, follow the turn and you’ll be at the lot. When pulling in the first time we thought we got the address wrong, checked in with the manager on duty and we were in the right spot. Would’ve been nice to know ahead of time! So just be aware of that. Will absolutely be returning! Such a nice spot.

Enjoyed our one night stay
Enjoyed the tent camping spot on the beach. The view was good and the waves crashing right next to our tent was peaceful.

Blackbeard’s Den
Different boat but pleasant stay
Can't give a proper review of Blackbeard's Den because we ended up staying on a different boat. However, Andrew was very helpful and easy to contact throughout our stay. The boat was clean and well set up for a stay. We had a lovely evening.
