We are situated at the end of a private road with only 2 residences. 12+ wooded acres to enjoy(hiking/exploring). At this time, only Sprinter Vans, Truck Campers and small trailers are ideal for the RV sites. Tent campers set up at the back of the property in the woods. Several hiking trails and locations to camp. There are multiple fire rings out back and plenty of fallen wood to burn or you can purchase seasoned split wood bundles on site. Suggested Local Attractions: The property borders a public golf course, downtown Lake Orion or Oxford are less than 1.5 miles as is public access to All-Sports Lake Orion(the lake) as well as others in the area. Dozens of miles of hiking/mountain biking trails. Bald Mountain State Park and Addison Oaks trailheads 2 and 3 miles respectively. Disc Golf courses. Public beaches, paved trails, etc. Or you can just hang out and watch the various wildlife that frequent the property. At least a dozen breweries, distilleries, restaurants a couple miles away, easily able to walk/bike/drive.

Mulligan's Valley, Tent
Waldon’s Pond
Excellent hosts. Very communicative. I have a small travel trailer that I am barely able to get back to my spot in the woods., but worth it. It’s very peaceful yet you can get to the downtowns of Lake Orion and Oxford in minutes. I will be here almost a month and I find it ideal for my dog and I. Now it’s summertime and you’re in the woods, so expect mosquitoes and deer and sandhill cranes amongst a few. Since it’s the mosquitoes i don’t prefer, I use Thermacell. I would get 2 and get refills. They work! I highly recommend this place. Everyone should get alone and quiet in the woods.

Mulligan's Valley , RV spot
So I was gandering the area for a spot and I found 2 in this area. I went and checked out Michael’s property, let me say if you’re looking for a nice rustic , in the woods tent ( or small suv) spot then this is it. Michael is an awesome person and I promise you will enjoy your stay here!

Mulligan's Valley, Tent
Perfect for a local getaway
We wanted just a quick weekend getaway to camp under the stars and feel like we were in nature and removed from society and boy did Mulligan’s Valley deliver. Michael was great, communicated a lot to make sure we had all the information we needed, and even drove me down to the site on his ATV when I got back late from picking up dinner. 10/10 fantastic experience would absolutely recommend!

Mulligan's Valley, Tent
Michael was a great host! We went to a concert at pine knob before camping and parking was such a nightmare we couldn’t come check out the site beforehand (highly recommend coming during daylight) so we got a little lost on the grounds but he quickly found us and took us to our site. There were camp chairs already around the pit and the tent site was under trees keeping us nice and cool during the heat of the morning. We could hear traffic off in the distance occasionally but it wasn’t too bad, worst during midday. Really peaceful at night.

Mulligan's Valley, Tent
Mike was great and his land was beautiful - we would absolutely stay again and recommend to others. Super close to everything in the area yet feels like you are away from it all. The outhouse was such a nice addition to our weekend. Only thing to mention is the path back is a bit tight between a couple of trees, we have a F150 with tow mirrors, and were JUST able to make it. This should not stop you from coming unless you have something like a dually truck etc. Thanks again Mike!
