If you are self-contained, like to be close to nature, and don't want glamour and frills when you are camping, this is the place for you!

Peaceful Getaway on the Deer Ranch
A perfect rustic getaway
We had such a terrific time: as animal lovers and wanna be livestock farmers! From the big-puppy greetings driving in to the growing pile of duck eggs by the gate to the tiny newborn goat, we loved every minute of our stay. Our hosts were lovely and we really enjoyed the brief opportunities we had to talk animals with them, but largely we had solitude and quiet in a field by the woods for the duration of our stay.
We especially enjoyed the bovine/ovine welcoming committee, and feeding the deer.

Peaceful and secluded
The ranch is large, but situated right near town. Taylor is an attentive host who was quick to answer any questions. The dispersed camping is very rustic, but worth the effort. I'll be back!

Love the animals!
My friend and I had a great experience here. It was very peaceful and we gotten woken up by the cow and goats sniffing around our site bright and early. Definitely made us laugh. Very nice! We will be back

Peaceful Getaway on the Deer Ranch
The land is gorgeous, with plenty of spots to choose from depending on what you want. I didn’t have a single issue the entire time and Taylor is very responsive so if I did, I’m sure I would’ve been fine. The deer are curious at first but are very comfortable, so they let you be as long as you let them be. Couldn’t recommend this place enough

Amazing camping trip
Another amazing camping trip here to Taylor’s land! So much fun to hang around the campfire on this land. Quiet, calm, peaceful, every bit was amazing. Thank you again so much!
