10 acre parcel with a 70’s split level house built by a former state representative. The land used to be a farm but is now mostly tall grasses and goldenrod. We have a large vegetable and berry garden and a large native flower garden. We have a chicken house and blankets of fireflies in the summer and beautiful sunsets that face the campsite. Sometimes it’s really quiet and sometimes you can hear the highway noise.Room for a car/truck/van/pop up or RV to park near the house on the back driveway/car park. It’s private from the neighbors. Near the 6 person cedar barrel sauna. A nice walking trail out back. We have rv compatible electric.
Eventually we’d love to do work/farm/stay with the right folks to reduce the cost of camping and to have help with the yard and garden. Also have some construction projects that we could really use help with.

Elise and her precious family were some of the hospitable and generous humans! The land is stunning! Her gardens show her commitment to living off the land. Her knowledge of plants is mind blowing! You will find yourself feeling right at home with this spot to stay. Beautiful views! Pets welcome. Genuinely kind and caring hosts that felt like family. I highly recommend it and we will definitely be going back to MN to visit them!

Super Friendly and Calm
Extremely friendly owners and very helpful. We weren’t very prepared so I think it would have been perfect enough to go again if we were.
