We enjoyed this property 😀 We stop for the night on our way to Arizona.
It was our first hipcamp booking experience. It was fenomenal. This property is simply paradise. We added the extra and enjoyed the common area where we had dinner in company of a sweet friendly cat. Ron was exceptionally helpful and kind. All facilties were clean.

Pretty property at old lodge
Pretty property. Caretaker Ron was personable and helpful. Quiet place to stay a night. Nice bathroom available inside old lodge.

The space was well cared for. Ron was awesome, he made sure that we we’re comfortable! Bring bug spray and a fan for the warmer months!

Great experience!
Great experience! Beautiful piece of property. The property manager was very helpful with anything I needed. They are the best host ever. The entrance to the drive is about 70 yards past where phone maps take you.

Would not recommend
Check in instructions were to meet with host upon arrival however no one was there when we got there. Messaged host and he said someone should be there. We looked around for the hook ups and didn’t see any. We left to try to find another place to stay for the night. Host has refused to provide a refund stating we didn't wait around long enough for someone to show up.

Beautiful rural property
This hip camp is a beautiful property about 40 min from Jackson and 30 minutes from Vicksburg. It is very peaceful and the roads getting there are fine. The property is not formally set up for RV’s. We had to drive over grass to get to the site and needed extensions for everything to reach the hook ups. The site is right next to the house so it feels like camping in someone’s yard. The caretaker is great and very helpful. He was able to provide us the extension s needed for the water and the sewer. He also provided us with a fire pit which was really nice. Although our experience was good you might have problems if the ground was saturated getting in or out. It is our understanding that this is a new camp and hopefully they continue to improve the sites and access for rv’s. For tent camping it would great.
