Located in northern Boone County Missouri, this 10 acres (approximate) consists of 1 acre pond, grass and clover field. Available for tent camping or RV/camper usage. Has water available (county water via spigot) but NO electrical hookup. Can fish the pond, no fishing gear provided. Go for a walk and enjoy nature so close to Columbia!Field View Campsite is a flexible site where you and set up almost anywhere that suites you. There is an outbuilding with plenty of flat areas that are suitable for camping. This building is available for use but does NOT have electricity or AC. It can get very hot during the summer months. There are no bathroom amenities here, Guests will need to be self contained, take waste with them and leave no trace. County water via spigot is available near the old pole barn closest to the. No Electricity is available on the property. Portable Generators are welcome.

Field View Campsite

The layout was great for “roughing it” camping. Josh let me fill my water tank from their hydrant & I pulled onto my site. He had several areas to choose from. I was wanting to listen to the night creatures & stargaze. Boy was that a treat!! The coyotes sounded very close & deer were grazing just outside in the morning. I used my generator for power but there was constantly a nice breeze. This is the place to camp if you want to step into nature!!! We’ll be back! Thanks Mark
