Yelping dog night.
There was some confusion when we arrived. Though the messages we received after booking Lot 2 informed us to check in at Randy's address, he and his wife were unaware we were to be there. That made us uncomfortable. We did set up camp. It is beautiful land but their neighbors dog barked and howled until midnight. Very annoying when you camp to get away from noise. We probably won't go back to this spot.
On a positive note the bathroom was clean with warm water.

Camping in the hills
Very nice location and quiet. We were the only people there but had availability to put 5 RV’s. Beautiful farm views, full service and very affordable!

Amazing Views
Randy’s hipcamp is a true gem! We spent memorial weekend here and had an amazing time. The sunrise and sunset on the hill top was breathtaking each and every time. We are so appreciative of Randy for his hospitality!

Beautiful location, very private, great scenery. Full hookups are great and the small bathhouse was clean, with hot water in the shower.

We arrived with an RV after dark, but Randy was very accommodating and came by to answer a few questions that we had. We found a beautiful sweeping view when we woke up in the morning. Would definitely return when we visit the area again.

Excellent camping experience! Beautiful views from all angles! Nice restroom/shower even if it was too cold to use! Spots are kind of close together, but you can spread out enough for your own space. Very private. Was great getting to go to the farm and play with the animals! Easy directions, not fair from Kirksville. Plenty of free firewood available. Looking forward to a return trip!
