The land is 3 acres of private property that crosses the Gallatin River. It is walking distance to a well know Cowboy Steakhouse and Bar and a Pizza and Beer spot. The Gallatin River is famous for it's fly fishing. A short walk and over the bridge will find you at a tributary of the Gallatin River, so you have two places to wade, fish or play in the water. The property is home to whitetail deer, turkey, and American eagles. The river used to be a tributary, but there was an ice jam that changed the river flow and now the river that runs past our property is the main river and can be canoed or rafted for fishing. No cabin available at this time. Great location
Tent · With pets
Sherry's property is a great location for anyone who wants to camp and still be a reasonable distance to the city. The property is clean, conveniently located within an hour of Big Sky, 20 minutes to Bozeman, and being on the Gallatin river is a huge bonus for any fisher. Sherry was great to communicate with during our stay and she was accommodating.

Tent
Sherry has a great set up on the Gallatin. The fire pit and picnic tables were right on the river, the port-a-potty was clean and there are plenty of shady areas to set up your tent. You are just a half hour from Big Sky and you can fish on the site.

Great location next to river
Simple cabin next to pretty river. Good amenities at camp site like a very clean porta potty, fire pits, chairs, outdoor shower, tables, wood, etc. Believe owner is still working on property so more upgrades to come. Campsite would benefit from some better upkeep and cleanliness, and a less is more approach. Can remove the old saws, tarps, grills, etc. But we were definitely fans, and made it work well for us ;)
