Welcome to our property! We have 400 feet along the Yellowstone River and that just about says it all. We have two RV campsites on our property and on Hipcamp. Only one other RV campsite 60 feet away. We are only four miles to downtown Livingston and 39 miles to the entrance of Yellowstone park . We have an airstream on the property that is for our own personal use and is not for rent. Please keep in mind that you must have your own self-contained RV to stay with us, there is no tent or primitive camping. Water and electric are included but we do not have sewer or trash so please plan to contain and pack out any trash that you create.

Right on the Yellowstone river
Absolutely stunning! Private, quiet, peaceful right on the river. Couldn't get any better. Close enough to enjoy Bozeman, Big Sky and Livingston.

Beautiful, Private and Relaxing!
We really loved our 3 night getaway on Greg’s property! He was communicative, accessible had we needed him to be, and gave us complete autonomy. The location itself was perfect; close enough to run into town when we wanted, yet far enough away to immerse ourselves in the absolutely breathtaking night sky! There are 2 camp spots that Greg offers and we were lucky enough to have our choice for either, so we chose the one with the big deck. What a great amenity that was because it made everything easier and cleaner, especially the dogs, who possibly had more fun than we did! We would definitely come back and stay here again! RV Campsite On Yellowstone River
Omg this is possibly without a doubt the absolute best spot you could ever imagine. At night you can hear the river rushing by and it’s quiet and peaceful. Nice open space and so many places to experience.

We liked this place so much, we came back! You do have to share the space if the other spot is filled, so it's not totally private, but it's plenty private anyway. The view is mesmerizing and this time we got a very starry night and saw the Andromeda galaxy!
