No Converted Vehicles Allowed

The man at the front gate was very rude to my husband and said he didn't think they would let us stay as we live in a 28 ft overland converted ambulance. They didn't state anywhere in their rules that "conversions" weren't allowed. Only that it had to be 20 years or newer and contain a grey/black tank which we meet all of those criteria. My husband arrived at night and pulled into the wrong check in lane. The man made my husband turn around to go into the "correct lane" which caused him to have to disconnect our Jeep in the middle of their driveway as he could not make the turn. The guy could have simply let him stay in that lane as there was no one behind him.... Overall, we would not stay here again, however, for Vegas it did feel safe since everyone had to check in to access the campsite. They need to be more clear on their rules if no conversions of any type are allowed.

Clean and friendly

Lovely resort, super clean restrooms and showers. Really friendly staff. Hookups were convenient and worked well. Definitely will stay again.

We were greeted by very friendly staff who showed us to our spot, which was really spacious. The spot had full hookup, which was great since it was really warm and the AC needed to run 24/7. The facilities are very clean and airconditioned (both the washrooms and showers). There’s also a self-service store where you can buy things like chocolate, ice cream or things for your RV like a water hose. Be careful though when walking into the shower, as the rail to which the shower curtain is attached is quite low and I hit my head.

Wir waren nicht erwünscht…

Wir haben im März diesen Campingplatz gebucht und bezahlt, 3 Wochen vor unserem Urlaub im Juli wurde er uns storniert mit der Begründung, das Kinder unter 12 Jahre nicht erlaubt wären. Bei der Buchung wurde dies allerdings angegeben! Wir haben zwar die Gutschrift erhalten, aber mit Abzug von Gebühren. Wir fahren nur noch auf KOA campgrounds, da haben wir definitiv bessere Erfahrung gemacht
