Creature comforts
Enjoy the comforts of home—including flush toilets, showers, and a kitchen.
Located only 25 minutes from Fredericton, NB, this sprawling old-growth apple orchard features 3 privately placed bell tents, a hot-tub, barbecues, and indoor lodge with kitchen, bathroom, games room, and library space. Described by a past guest as "something out of a fairytale", the orchard is defined by towering old-growth apple trees, a meandering brook with multiple bridge crossings, meadows brimming with lupins and golden rod, the remnants of stone fences from when the land was farmed, patches of wild berries, and a growing network of trails connecting all these enchanting elements. Perhaps even more beautiful after sunset, strings of fairy lights illuminate the paths to the tent sites and fireflies fill the void in between. An unofficial dark sky sanctuary, you will enjoy unparalleled views of the stars while your ears are treated to the distant calls of bullfrogs and the hoot of owls flying overhead. We look forward to welcoming you to the fairytale orchard!

A perfect, private little paradise!

The Orchard was better than we anticipated - the bell tents were immaculately clean, their locations private and comfortable and we had access to the Lodge with anything we needed at our fingertips. We will definitely be returning the next time we are in the area - thank you for a lovely stay!

The woodland bell was the best spot I believe. The area was perfect we were being able to make a fire all day with the wood provided and when it was sunny it was perfect being in the wood to cool off. We really enjoy spending our mornings in the lodge. We loved the vibes and felt like home. I enjoyed once the hot tub the view was just perfect. And I will recommend to go with kids too. We went with our 3 years old. The only thing is I wouldn’t consider being 4 in this tent the futon isn’t comfortable. 3 of us was just perfect. We will go back for sure!!!

Great potential campsite
Group trip ·
Me and my friends enjoy our stay here. Though it is already too cold to stay out, bonfires were great while catching up with friends. Maddie and her father are so nice. You can use anything in the place. We end up staying at the lodge playroom cause our heater died on our tent. Still a great experience for us. Thank you

The hosts were very welcoming! We didn’t end up staying the night, we were disappointed and we found the pictures to be kind of misleading. The property was nice but the tent was very moldy :( There was also very loud music coming from a neighboring property (no fault of the owners) a loud family arrived at the other tent site close by which took away from the experience, we were hoping for a quiet spot. There was a lot of junk and a broken down vehicle in the parking area by the lodge. I think it has great potential! Just wasn’t for us.

little gem in rural New Brunswick
Great set up, really cozy, very comfortable beds in the tents. The main lodge is really homey and you’re free to use the bathroom as you please, cook as much as you’d like and use the lodge as your own (with respect to others obviously as you are sharing with other campers) there’s a fridge to store food, oven stove etc but no microwave so no use in bringing microwavable food. 2 bbq’s in the lodge area but none at the actual campsite. Maddy and her father were so sweet and so welcoming. I recommend finding some hiking trails for the day or plan out a 30 min trip to Fredericton as there is no “real” town nearby except Fredericton. Killarney Lake is close ish and a nice swimming spot with kayaks and paddle boards to rent. Overall the tents were clean the campsite was really cute and clean as well. Firewood to your disposal and really anything you may need. The hot tub is a 15 second walk from the lodge and feels great after a day of hiking! Really cute, private and great stay.
