Camp Ebb and Flow is located on the western edge of the White Mountains, near the crossing of the Appalachian Trail and a short drive to VT. Three lakes nearby for swimming, kayaking, and fishing. Hiking trails nearby. The camp offers two RV sites with water, electric, and sewer as well as four tent sites. One of the four tent sites has water and electric. There is an "outhouse" with a flush toilet and over six acres of mowed fields for activities and walking. There is also a lovely brook running through the property with many areas you can cool off in from the summer heat. This property has a lengthy history going back to colonial times. It’s been a farm, an apple orchard, and once had a sawmill. Please check the calendar for available dates. Check-in is no later than 9pm unless late arrival arrangements have been made prior to booking. If you do not see an open site for the days you'd like to get away, please contact us. Sometimes we can make other arrangements, allowing you to stay.

Brookside Tent Site

The BEST Camp Site Ever!

Hands down the best camping experience we’ve ever had! We have never felt so welcomed and wanted at a camp ground before. Our dog got to have the time of his life with the other fur babies on the grounds. It’s safe, fun and everything they offer is top notch! Site Details: we had an eight person tent that just fit in the flat ground. We had plenty of room to put up a tarp for shade, have a table with 2 chairs, a bed for our dog and still had so much room to move around. The brook is so peaceful next to the site! You’ll definitely have your privacy. It did get very cold at night, so plan to bundle up if you’re camping around this time in years to come. This will be a spot we come to over and over again. We’ve met a camping family here! Thank you Jeff and Jill for welcoming us with open arms and giving us an unforgettable experience! Truly enjoyed the laughs, great company and amazing food around the fire!

Amazing place to stay for a family!

Jeff and Jill are absolutely wonderful! They are easy to approach and talk to. They are more than willing to help you find the best hike in the area that fits your family. They have a fire each night and invite anyone to sit around and hang out. It feels like hanging out with old friends when you sit around the fire and chat. The camp and facilities are clean and my son loved to fish on the brook. We never caught anything but there looks like 6 inch trout in the small river. The power was consistent and the hookups were very easy to connect to my camper. There were lots of dogs off leash and happily playing with each other. The owners were attentive to their dogs and picked up after them. The only downside that is not a big deal and didn’t affect our experience at all: internet connection was slow when everyone connected on it at night. The internet is dsl but plenty fast to load Netflix on our tablet to help our son settle down for the night.

This site was beautiful ! Clean, quiet swimming hole right beside campsite ! Jeff and Jill are so welcoming it feels as if you are home away from home . Will be going back ! One thing to be aware of : there are two chairs on site but no picnic table : bring your own

Peace & Fun at Ebb & Flow

Picked the perfect spot for our first HipCamp! Camp Ebb & Flow has it all - beautiful fields with mountain views, a brook, hookups, and hosts who were so friendly and helpful. Jeff and Jill are wonderful people who take great pride in sharing their property. They shared suggestions for hikes, ice cream, and more. Very kid and dog friendly.

Cascade Rocks Tent Site

Wonderful hospitality

Jeff and Jill are absolutely amazing! Besides their pristine property, beautiful camp site, and wonderful hospitality they go above and beyond to accommodate their guests. Our car broke down on the camp site and they towed us out and even called their mechanic neighbors to help see if they could fix our car! Even after that checked in to make sure we were okay getting home. 10/10 would camp again, don’t have enough wonderful things to say about our stay!
