The pond accessed down steep steps . Zeus the big German Shepherd neighbor's dog will be present.. He's a big baby and sweetheart and very smart. . I can be present, or leave you completely alone . You will be amongst huge pine trees. Very private on a dead end road with waterfront on Half Moon pond.. Dock, kayak, and an electric trolling boat bass boat along with various floats, and fishing poles available. 1 campsite for 2 tents, max 6 persons within 50 minutes to Boston. 35 minutes to Hampton Beach... 90 minutes to White Mtns... Out the back door is walking access to miles and hours of trails through the woods of Kingston Town Forest and adjacent Conservation Land.. Fire pit and wood, on site along with picnic table, chairs , . Perfect for car campers.#String picking musicians stay for free .# You will be  camping in my front yard amongst pine trees. Or set your tent up on the patio Barge with a floating fireplace. Fire ring, picnic table, gas grill , electric extension cord.  It will be close to my house, but feel like private.. You do your own thing back there.  My bathroom will be available 24/7 and the door will always be open. My dog is very friendly. He may bark at first but his name is Archie . Also, a neighbor's German Shepard may come to visit. His name is Zeus and he's very friendly . More than likely, I will be in house, and if then, available. My place is on a rocky bluff overlooking Halfmoon Pond with a fantastic west sunset view and a dock on the water. Lotta STEEP stairs though. Part of my dock is 20 ft pontoon boat with a trolling motor..#photo is NOTt from my dock# . I take it out every sunset. Join if ya want. Otherwise it's for you to use A jon boat bass boat for two. With 2 fishing poles available and no license required. 1 kayak . Multiple water floats on site. .. AND fire on the water.. what's not to like?

We loved staying on Ron’s land! He was incredibly hospitable, and being on the water was perfect. Exploring the lake on the boat and kayak was so much fun. Zeus was the sweetest.

This was a wonderful experience!! I’m so glad we came across this place, we were looking for some quiet relaxed time, and we booked this last minute! Ronald was very nice and accommodating, we had a great time with him, he even took us on a walk around the neighborhood! Also the lake was wonderful we went fishing and spent most of the time at the lake and the sunset was the best!! If you’re thinking of having a get away and relaxed your body and mind this is the place for you! 100% recommended 😌

My family and I had a fantastic time. Ronald was an excellent host. He is happy to leave you alone, but I highly recommend getting to know him. He is a great guy. There is an extension cord for power, and having a full bathroom available was nice. We had a great time fishing, swimming, and paddling around the lake. It is also close enough to take day trips to Boston and Newburyport. There are also stores and restaurants close by in case you forget to bring anything. All in all, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend staying.
