We have a 55 acre property that's approx 15 acres pasture and 40 acres woodland. We are a in-progress pick-your-own orchard who are waiting for our trees to grow. From our property you can access the town forest, which is about 120 acres of hiking trails. At the far end of the town forest is Great Brook Trail which is a beautiful walking trail that follows a babbling brook. All of this is accessible by from our property without having to go on public roads. There is a large communal firepit with 4 foot fire ring and cooking grate. As well as a shared portable toilet for all sites to use.

Had an amazing experience at Marston farm on a very spacious and grassy mountain side site #3. Facility was spotless, views amazing and wildlife abound!! Highly recommend and will definitely be booking again soon!!

Overall, we loved the site. It was lush, private and spacious. Be aware, the owners own a rooster that was fairly loud throughout the night. I’d bring some type of sound machine or battery operated fan for next time. Would recommend!

We loved our stay at Marston Farm. Beautiful views across a farm and valley beyond. We were able to let our wild-child Abbie (Llewellin Setter) run free (with radio collar so as not to disturb anyone else.) We hung out with Sean and a few of his friends around the communal fire pit for a pleasant chat. All-in-all, a great spot, and a great host. Would definitely recomend

Awesome area and camp site. No issues getting in with a truck camper and loved the views from up on the hill. Privacy was really nice as well!

Sean’s camp was so beautiful! A great fire pit and a few flat spots for our tents gave us plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the site. We especially loved the ease of firewood storage at the entrance that we could use as necessary (with a cash tip of course)!
