Biking available in area around Rio Rancho, hiking in the Sandias. Balloon fiesta will be approaching. Local breweries close by in area.Driveway is asphalt millings. Can pull RV through. Gate on both sides for easy entry/exit . Private , safe and secure. Very clean location, quite area, fitness centers, trails, hiking and bosque close by. Nice area lots of space for parking easy access to get in and out! Grocery stores and Walmart are close by! Close to mall and Sams Club or Costco!

Cliff RV Site

Exceeded our expectations

This was a last minute find for us when our usual campground didn’t have space for us. We booked a 1 week stay and it truly exceeded our expectations. It is a short drive from RT 40 on excellent highways. The site is located in a gorgeous subdivision in which the owners have a well appointed property to accommodate rvs. There is a spacious turn around area, cement pad and full hook ups. The property is fully fenced and gated which lent itself to not only a great sense of security but allowed our traveling pitty girls a chance to run and play safely off leash for a few days. We travel this way often and will definitely visit this site again and again. Thank you Sandy!!

Sandy and Rudy were awesome hosts. They were very responsive to any questions we had. Rudy met us when we arrived and provided excellent references for local attractions and events. I would highly recommend staying here.

Hospitable and tamales!

Sandy couldn’t have been more responsive every time i contacted her. She was helpful and friendly and with good restaurant recommendations. When we had settled in she showed up with a plate of tamales and bean cakes! She is an excellent cook also. She was just enough helpful and accommodating while not being intrusive. Sandy’s RV spot is clean, mostly level, quiet and felt very safe. We appreciate the stay and would definitely use her place again.
