Welcome to the Land of Little Birds! Stay in the comfort of our open plan glamping accomodation, equipped with a main queen bed, a bunk bed with a double on the bottom and single on top, with access to two more airbeds. Explore the 100acre bush surrounds on the property with pre-cut walking tracks and two dams. Lay under the awning in the breeze to watch the many little birds flit through the trees morning and night. Fall asleep to the sound of frogs bleating in the dam just beyond the glamping cabin. You have access to limited solar power to charge any personal devices as well as run camping fridge and smaller camping devices. Shower off with in the sandstone and copper outdoor gas hot water shower while staring out into the bushland. Keep quiet at night to experience the wallabies and possums who live on the property and come in to feed. Spend the evenings staring up at the night sky, with no light pollution as a result of being situated in the middle of 100acres of bush, the stars will be a whole new experience! ✨ For those winter evenings, use the fire pit responsibly to toast some marshmallows and share some quality connection with one another sharing stories and making memories. Alternatively cost up to the indoor fireplace. Look no further than the Lawrence tavern, a short 10 minute drive for your lunch and dinners, right on the river with excellent food, be sure to make a booking. Alternatively cook on the fire, use the bbq or your own camp cooking set up. Please ensure to take all rubbish with you, there is no bin collection to the property through council and by not storing and taking your rubbish you put our wildlife at risk. Garbage bags are on site for you to use and take your rubbish with you. There is a bin at the Lawrence park and river. You are situated 1hr inland from Yamba and the beaches, 30mins from Grafton as a local main hub and 35mins from Maclean. While in the area why not do a spot of fishing while the kids play at the Lawrence park which overlooks the Clarence River and jetty. Fuel and an excellent general store is located at Lawrence General store with a coffee cart open most mornings. So say yes to some down time. Explore the region and come back to a beautiful 100acre slice of quiet bush paradise. Camping toilets are available on site or bring your own. Soon to be upgraded to a composting toilet.This stunning cabin will have you glamping in comfort! Set to sleep 5 comfortably indoors with optional airbeds available. There is a queen bed and a bunk double on bottom and single on top. There are some sheets available, however bringing your own bedding is preferred. Bookings can be made for up to 20 people provided guests bring tents to set up around the main dwelling. This must be disclosed and extra fees apply for larger groups and intimate events. Queen bed, bunk bed to sleep 3 and air beds if required. Outdoor sandstone and copper shower run off gas hot water. Bbq, fire pit and large water tanks. Along with all the timber you may require on the property. Be mindful gas for bbq and shower may or may not be available depending on if previous campers reported when empty. To be on the safe side pack your own incase. Solar and inverter provided to run your own camping fridge and charge devices. Bushwalks on the property and stunning views from a number of sandstone rocky shelves. Two small dams for exploring, a great place to look for local wildlife including native frogs, birds, possums in the evening and wallabies.

Toilet available
Portable toilet. Portable camping toilets with compostable liner bags are onsite with a pop up camping toilet shelter. Please ensure you take your waste with you.
Pets allowed
Off leash. Be mindful with off leash pets that there are snakes and protected species of birds and possums on the block. The property is not fenced. We will take no responsibility for any injuries or illness pets may sustain while on the property.
No campfires
CURRENT BANS IN PLACE NOT TO BE USED IN SUMMER Please check for local fire bans. If windy please do not have a fire, bring centre of 100 acres you would be putting yourself at risk. Use firewood and timber from along driveway and around cabin for your fire. Alternatively feel free to bring firewood with you.
Showers available
Hot water . Outdoor sandstone and copper shower run off gas hot water system. Bring your own toiletries.
Bins available
Recycling bin, trash bin. Bins are provided with bin bags. IMPORTANT - ALL RUBBISH MUST BE REMOVED WHEN YOU LEAVE. Please take your rubbish and protect our wildlife! We do not have council bin collections. There is a bin at Lawrence Park.
Cooking equipment present
Bbq, private, cookware, cooking utensils, cutlery, basic seasoning and oils, sink or other dishwashing station. Portable gas cooker and Bbq available. Be aware gas bottle may or may not be filled depending on if prior guests reported it to be empty. Gas not guaranteed. Fabulous local meals at Lawrence Tavern (10 mins) and Coffee cart at Lawrence General store (10mins). Solar power available for charging and connecting own portable camping fridge. All plates, cups, cutlery are provided or bring your own paper plates.
Picnic table present
Indoor and outdoor tables. 6 outdoor metal chairs, 4 indoor metal stools, two hammocks, and two fold out camping chairs for around the fire (please pack the hammocks and camp chairs away indoors when leaving to protect from weather).
Playground available
Slackline set up between trees with monkey bars and swings. Use of these come at own risk, please ensure to check for spiders or damage before children play. We take No liability for any injuries or falls as a result of children playing on equipment. Have fun and supervise the kids.
No potable water
Bring your own water. Two large water Jerry containers are on site for use. Note these are EMPTY but can be filled at Lawrence park tap at the playground and bbq area, handy location as is opposite coffee cart, general store, fuel station and next to the river. This tap water is safe to drink as we have done so on our property for years. Access to large fresh rainwater tanks on site with pump and gravity fed hose. For drinking we usually boil the water for coffees or cooking.
No wifi
However Telstra gets excellent reception.
Laundry absent
Clothes line available for drying items. No washing machine.

We loved the outdoor shower, how amazing to have a warm shower at night staring up at the stars 🤩 It was so great to have the privacy and be out in nature while having the home comforts. It was a really nice holiday and communication was really good with Danielle.
