Once of the highway driving to the campsite you be surrounded by dense bushland. On arrival at the camp sight it'll be just you and the bush. You'll have a small clearing with a shelter surrounded by dense bushland where you can have a camp fire, in complete privacy due to having only one camp-site on the farm so you don't have to worry about others. You will hear native birds and possibly see native fauna. You will hear some slight road noise from the A1 Pacific highway due to the proximity but this noise is drowned out by the native birds and dense bushland. The camp sight is dog friendly and we allow you to bring your horses, dirt bikes and mountain bikes to explore the vast surrounding bushland and go riding on local tracks. (riding is not to be conducted within the property itself) You can also go Bush walking and we also recommend you bring a good quality spotlight so you can go spotlighting looking for native fauna that come out during the night. The property is not to far from a local 4wd access beach if your into beach fishing or sand driving there is also multiple Boat ramps nearing the property to launch boats into the Clarence River. This is also a primitive self sufficient campsite. We can supply firewood at an additional cost (wheel barrow size only) just contact us to arrange.(strictly no cutting of timber or firwood on the property includes fallen trees/logs or standing trees.) Mosquito repellent and citronella candles highly recommended during mosquito season. Please don't burn rubbish or non flammable materials in fire pits. We highly recommend having a 4wd to access the campsite during or after wet periods. Any suggestions and feed back is much appreciated Enjoy your stay. Along with some of our beautiful friendly horses. A touch of country

Great little camp, I managed to drive in with my 6 mtr RV on the dirt road. I imagine not too great after a lot of rain though. Caleb was very helpful and there are many unique fire pits on option. I loved the arty lean too, tables and chairs.

Caleb was great, we asked for firewood, it was there, wife made the car battery go flat, he jump started us. The camp site itself was exactly what we were after. We rely on the sun a bit to charge our battery for fridge and lighting etc so the only negative thing which we handled was lack of sunlight due to all the beautiful trees but a quick walk like 100m away is a wide open area and a small dam for the dog to have a swim in where we set the solar panel up and Bob’s your uncle. Highly recommend this site.

Made the most of it. While it was wet. Lucky we had gum boots with us. Lucky for the amazing shelter and fire place so we could cook over the fire.
