This campsite offers breathtaking views and a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for those looking to unwind in nature. The hosts are known for their friendliness and hospitality, ensuring a welcoming environment for campers. However, some guests noted the lack of facilities and occasional road noise due to proximity to the highway. While there are mixed experiences regarding site accessibility and host communication, many appreciate the scenic beauty and space to explore with pets.

There is only one campsite which has views. So, if you miss out open that one, you just pay almost $60pn for a piece of dirt to park your van. There are no other facilities or anything else to do. The road noise is continuous and always reminds you, the highway is right there. There are not any level sites that I found. Owner did not respond to any phone calls or messages while we were there. There were no signs to confirm if we had camped in the right place. Pretty disappointed. We enjoyed the Tuncurry Sports Club better than this place

No response from owner, site okay

I'm a bit stumped on this site, as the owner didn't answer my call or respond to the message sent via Hipcamp. Likewise re the contact from my parents and another set of campers who were also booked there. It was okay though, there's a nice view from the main intersection but as that site was taken, we stayed on the top of the hill. I don't recommend staying at the top of the hill, as it was really dry so there were prickles everywhere and we copped a punctured bike tyre. No facilities or a shelter etc. But it did had a decent fire pit.

Beautiful spot and lookout, surrounded by cows, goats and sheep on the property. The owners were friendly and welcoming but gave us all the space we needed. Fully off grid so make sure you take shower and toilet. Also I recommend LOTS of mozzie coils and aeroguard. We took our two doggos and they loved all the space to run around and explore. Would recommend to any campers that enjoy the quiet and wide open spaces.

What an amazing place to pitch up for the night. Ric was super hospitable and contactable. He was honest as well saying our car would struggle to get up to the very top clearing but was still nice enough to drive us up in the ATV to check the views at sunset. Seriously amazing!
