We are a working horse farm located 20 minutes from Albury NSW which is also the closest major city. We are offering 4 sites on our property, 3 with dam frontage and 1 with panoramic hilltop views. Coach Rd was once the main route for horse driven coaches going between Albury and Wagga. The Bushranger Mad Dan Morgan used to hide in the hills above our property after robbing from the coaches travelling along this route. We welcome you to come and experience a little bit of history. The dam paddock has multiple flat areas, plenty of open space, limited shade and double gates for easy big vehicle access. 4x4 recommended on wet days. The dam contains silver perch, golden perch and yabbies. Any size motorhome, caravan or tent catered for. The hill paddock has stunning views looking right out to The Rock and right across towards Albury. We recommend this site is best for tents, cars and small motorhomes depending on the weather. Contact us to discuss. Both spots have great sunset views, are quiet and peaceful yet close enough to Albury, Culcairn, Walla Walla, Holbrook, Jindera and Henty, as well as the Victorian wineries and snow fields. For all your swimming, boating and fishing (permit may be required) activities, Lake Hume is just a 15 minute drive away. Due to the nature of our farm all pets must be secured. Please be aware that our dams are not fenced and most fences on the property are electric. Grey water can be dumped on the ground. We look forward to welcoming you soon!

Nice open paddock with dam, minimal shade as is made mentioned so ensure you bring a tarp or marquee. Very friendly and professional host. Closed to Albury for those minor things that you may have missed or forgotten. Had a great relaxing night camped by the sparkling tree.

Amazing location only just off the highway. Broken the Melbourne to Canberra journey up perfectly. Amazing sunset and great hosts. Will be back.

What a gem Sunsets on Coach Road is! Alam and his family are great hosts. We were made to feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble. We extended our stay as it's just so lovely. As the name suggests the sun sets are spectacular! Be sure to bring your camera and a yabby net! Lots of space facing the dam, but not a great deal of afternoon shade so keep that in mind when packing. Close to Albury for shopping etc. We look forward to returning in future.

Sunsets on Coach Road

A very peaceful place to rest. Alam and his family are very friendly and welcoming. Our dog loved playing with their very sweet dogs. The sunset and stars at night are stunning. We definitely hope to visit again!
