Carmel, Peter and their rescue Greyhound Honey invite you to Warradine Homestead. 5 level acres featuring manicured gardens, yabbie filled dam and a plethora of wildlife. Surrounded by farmland, and only 20 minutes to Tamworth CBD and ALEC 15 minutes away. Situated at the base of Chaffey Dam. Perfect base for your Tamworth Country Music expedition or just exploring the New England Area.Pull into the driveway and you will be welcomed by Peter, Carmel and Honey at the main homestead who will help you find your perfect camping site. Fire-pits welcome as long as they are above the ground and NOT during fire ban season. Power may be available on request and will be charged at an additional $10/night

Lovely spot and hosts

Lovely stay here for one night on our travels. Was the perfect spot to avoid any busy areas with NYE and relax with a glass of wine looking over the surrounding fields. Would recommend.

Beautiful, quiet spot to camp nearby Tamworth. Nice and flat grass to setup on with gorgeous views. Carmel and Peter were very welcoming and accommodating and their rescue greyhound Honey is worth the visit alone. Would definitely pop in again

Carmel and Peter were lovely. Their property was beautiful with lush green lawns. They had just had over 100mm of rain but they still found us a great spot to camp and have a fire. Will definitely return on our way through again.

We loved staying at Warradine Homestead. Carmel, Peter and Honey were very welcoming and accommodating. The grounds are beautifully maintained, and the scenery glorious. Lots of bird life, and a great base for exploring the region.
