Serenity
My husband and I loved camping here! It is such a magical place. The creek was so nice to sit in.
We found plenty of fire wood near the creek which was great. We saw a bald eagle and some wild turkeys! Such a peaceful quiet spot. We will definitely be back!

Big Indian Wilderness Special Spot
Perfect Camping
This is my new favorite camping spot. First of all, it's the only site on the location, and you cannot see any evidence of civilization when you're in it. On the other hand, it's conveniently right off the road, and if you really needed something, the owner's house is a 5 minute walk through an orchard. The view is incredible. As I sat and enjoyed the sun setting behind my own private mountain, a deer or some turkeys would meander around the two creaks that converge right in front of the sight. Aside from the occasional car, the only sounds I could hear were the rush of the water, the wind, and my crackling fire. The owner was very nice and welcoming the entire time and does a good job of giving you quiet while also being available, just in case. I will be back and will be bringing friends. 10/10.

Big Indian Wilderness Special Spot
Gorgeous mountain views!
Very lovely camp site. Both John & AC greeted us and showed us around. Beautiful mountain views and I got to say that it is one if iur favorite spots. It is bear territory so caution with food is a must. It snowed while we camped there. There is an outhouse that has a bucket with a bag that you must carry out when you leave.

The hosts were really wonderful. Clean site with an amazing view. I love that it has an outhouse with a bucket potty.

What a view! Amazing tent camping location. Great access to the river and so secluded. We had a blast even in the rain! We look forward to our next adventure here.

This camping spot is absolutely perfect! The view was incredible to both wake up to and go to sleep to. John is a great host as well. Totally worth it!
