Brookview Cabin
Accomodations were far above and beyond what was expected. Site was private and had a good use of space. Ted was very friendly and gave lots of recommendations on what to do in the area. Site is close to Lake Placid, the ferry to Vermont, Ausable Chasm, and lots of hiking trails. Solar panel and battery charger had power for charging whatever we needed. Would book again!

Hidden Sanctuary!
11/10. This place exceeded our expectations. Ted and his wife are gems and went above and beyond. The place has everything you’d need for basics and the bed I was so comfortable! If you’re looking for the perfect fire, a babbling creek, privacy and comfort, this will be the place for you!

Brookview Cabin
This is a cool little cabin tucked away along rt. 9. It's private and in great proximity to alot in the ADK. Ted is a great host and he went above and beyond for our solar eclipse trip. Highly recommend and will definitely be back.

This place is amazing! Lovely cabin, super well stocked, all the amenities you could need, clean, beautiful view, and friendly hosts! This being our first time in the ADK this is the perfect place to stay! Definitely newbie friendly :)

We loved our stay at Ted's sweet cabin! The cabin has everything you need - coffee machine, toaster, heater, grill, fire pit... everything! We arrived on Thursday night to a gorgeous starry sky and a cozy campfire, stayed warm overnight with the heater (and our sleeping bags - I never am without mine after Labor Day in the ADK), spent our mornings drinking coffee to the sounds of the nearby stream and the gorgeous fall colors, and got in a big hike in the nearby High Peaks. This really is the perfect spot and we'll absolutely be back. Thank you so much for having us!
