13 beautiful wooded acres, 7 minutes from Holiday Valley and Ellicottville village. Flat area for pitching a tent or a camper plus parking, electricity and an outhouse. Running stream further along the property for water (filter before drinking). Holiday Valley offers skiing (voted #6 in the East), mountain biking (dedicated bike lifts to the top of the hills), zip lining and the village has great restaurants and breweries.Pitch your tent, or park your camper on a flat level piece of land off owners driveway, with lake views (winter), electricity and an outhouse. Running stream further along for water (seasonal). Great location close to holiday Valley, Ellicottville and plenty of hiking and events in the area. Mostly woods, a cabin is located further along the driveway. Space is located on the right about a 100 feet up the driveway (look for a picnic table and camp fire on your right). A cabin is located further along, if you see this you've gone too far.

Didn't get to spend much time at this site, but it was a nice little spot. Very quiet and peaceful. Also conveniently located near Ellicottville.

Exactly as described! Set in a lovely valley and very close to Ellicottville. Very dog friendly. Only wished it hadn’t rained!

Ellicottville Woods

This was a great, upgraded backwoods experience. We enjoyed the solitude of being out in the woods, mostly alone. The cabin up the road is far enough away with plenty of brush & trees allowing for full privacy. It was convenient to have access to a standard outlet on the site, and with Ellicottville just 10 min. away, it was a perfect, stress free weekend getaway. We definitely hope to camp here again.

Tess was a great Hostess, truly enjoyed visiting with her. The campsite is pretty remote, but I actually like that. Nice place with electric and outhouse for a few creature comforts. I definitely will stay there again when I’m in the area. John

Camping holiday weekend

Good privacy, electric was a plus. Flat land was appreciated. Bring a hammer for your stakes, and some extra ones if you’re tent camping. It wasn’t windy when we stayed but the ground was hard to stake into with all the rock. Nice and quiet. Tons of lightning bugs and newts. Outhouse was okay. Would stay again. Close to everything, but far out of the way. We overheard the summer concert at the ski place and it was pretty cool.
