In the heart of the Finger Lakes, the outdoors awaits your exploration of waterfalls, Cayuga Lake, State forests and parks, wine and beer trails, Cornell U, and the quaint town of Ithaca 7 miles away with all it has to offer. Owner is on-site and available for your questions/suggestions/assistance! Summer 2024: Summer Dream has to close early this year; therefore no reservations are being taken for Sept and beyond. Summer Dream is seasonal and open June 1-Sept 30 subject to weather constraints.Camp in your RV or tent in the woods on this beautiful 2.5 acre site in the heart of the Finger Lakes. Nap in a provided hammock while bird songs lull you to sleep, make s’mores around the shared campfire or explore quirky Ithaca just 7 miles away. Close to waterfalls, State Forests and trails, boating on Cayuga Lake, Ithaca Farmer’s Market, the Wine and beer trails, live music almost any night of the week, and so much more.

Summer Breeze
Quite and peaceful!
Tina’s land was very quiet and peaceful! Very nice fire pit! The grounds were beautiful with 2 relaxing hammocks. Hook ups were good with easy access! Tina was a wonderful host and very accommodating! We wood definitely recommend this Hipcamp!

Summer Breeze
We had a great time camping at Tina's place! We used this trip to test out some equipment for car camping, and it was just what we were looking for. The site is well maintained, with all of the advertised amenities, and it's clear that Tina cars for it well, with flowers and decorations. The area is peaceful, and we went for a long walk to see the sunrise in the morning. If we need to camp in this area in the future, we will definitely consider staying at Tina's again.

Nice quiet location
Beautiful property and Tina was very accommodating. Had to leave early do to medical illness. Be sure to bring blocks for leveling. Besides that everything is perfect. Close to town with some good breweries.

Camping at Tina's was a wonderful experience! She was so accommodating and friendly. The area is quiet and beautiful, yet not a far drive from the city of Ithaca. I'd recommend to anyone and hope I get a chance to stay again.

Location location location! We were visiting the finger lakes and this was such a convenient location to Cayuga and Seneca Lakes as well as Ithaca. She has a nice somewhat wooded area (close to road) if you are tenting. We had a camper and used the hook ups (electric, water and septic) so we had to camp right next to Tina's camper. She was away for the weekend so we had lots of privacy, but if she was home it would not have been private at all. Neighbors were very friendly and one let us pick blueberries to our hearts delight. We saw deer on the property and lots of birds! We had a great stay and AWESOME price! Thanks Tina!
