If you’re looking to get a warm bear hug, then welcome to our Momma Bear vintage cozy camper. Our camper is newly renovated and it is equipped with everything you need to feel right at home. The camper has 2 beds (1 Queen and 1 Twin), full bathroom (toilet, use for #1 ONLY, for #2 toilet bag liners will be provided, sink, stand up shower with sitting step), full kitchen (microwave, 3 burner stove and oven), pots, pans, utensils, dishes, dinette room, coffee maker, toaster, mini air fryer, the living room area has a futon couch with a full size pull out bed, A/C, heat, a brand new fridge with freezer, tv with a gaming console, WiFi, Netflix, Hulu, Disney channel, pantry and additional closet for clothes, shoes etc. Our camper also comes with pillows, blankets, towels, linens, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, snacks, board games and bluetooth radio. Momma Bear cozy camper is clean and sanitized after each guest. Your privacy is respected and you will not be bothered during your stay, but we will be available to you anytime. Our property is protected with a fire alarm , carbon monoxide alarm, gas leak alarm outdoor cameras throughout so you can be in peace and feel safe at the Momma Bear cozy camper. One thing to take into consideration is that we do not give back any refunds in the event you cut your stay short or arrive later than scheduled. We do not allow parties nor unauthorized guests in our property. When not in the camper, please turn off all lights, water, AC, heat etc. We would appreciate that you respect our limitations and conditions during your stay with us. We do allow 1 small pet (10 - 15 lbs only) but please note that your pet needs to be on a leash when outside and we do not allow pets to be running around outside of the camper nor any other part of the property. You must pick up after your pet and ensure they do not damage the camper. When booking with us, you will adhere to our rules and policies automatically. HABLO ESPAÑOL**READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING**The camper is situated in a family oriented neighborhood with a lot of things to do near by. There are bathroom rules that MUST be followed. The camper is equipped with a full bathroom but the toilet is to be used ONLY to urinate. When you need to do #2, please use the toilet bag liners provided and when finished, please dispose of it yourself (No sewer connection on camper). Please RESPECT our bathroom rules. For your convenience, there is a shopping center 2 minutes away that has a supermarket, pizzeria, laundromat, medical clinic, pharmacy, a deli, a Chinese restaurant and Spanish restaurant. The beach is a 10 minute drive from our property and there is a public hospital also about 12 minutes away. You will also be about 40 minutes away from Splish Splash, and the Long Island Aquarium. Want to catch a baseball game? No problem, the Fairfield Park, home of the Long Island Ducks is also a short drive away. Please keep in mind that this rental is a camping trailer so it is a unique and fun experience.
