Activities on the land and nearby include swimming, fishing, wineries, hiking, skiing, golf, skydiving, Lego Land, birdwatching, biking and simply relaxing on the river at your campsite.. You can expect to be greeted with warmth and hospitality and leaving feeling a sense of tranquility and restoration.Welcome to our tranquil riverside campsite, where your adventure begins the moment you arrive. Nestled along the Shawankgunk Kill, our site offers a perfect blend of natural beauty and convenient amenities to ensure you feel right at home. Imagine waking up in your cozy raised platform canvas tent with comfy queen size bed to the gentle sounds of the river, ready to embrace a day filled with outdoor activities and relaxation. Our campsite is thoughtfully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Enjoy a meal at your private picnic table, complete with a storage cabinet for your essentials. Gather around the fire pit/grill in the evening, where a complimentary bag of firewood awaits to get you started (additional firewood is available for purchase). Stay refreshed with our provided water cooler and sun shower, and take advantage of the grilling utensils to create a delicious meal under the open sky and roast marshmallows to make yummy s'mores. The river is a haven for fishing enthusiasts, offering the chance to catch trout, perch, and even crawfish right from the riverbank. Wander along the scenic paths that meander through our property, and don't forget to visit our friendly horses. Feel free to bring along carrots or apples to share with them—they'll appreciate the treat! Beyond our campsite, a wealth of local attractions awaits your exploration. Discover the enchanting ice caves in Cragsmoor, savor the flavors at Christopher Pennings Winery just next door, or embark on a variety of hiking and biking trails both on and off the property.
