This is a beautiful piece of property located in the heart of the Finger Lakes and Wine Country of NY. It features a stunning spring fed waterfall and nice forest land. Very close to town but also very secluded and private. Great place to unwind and relax from our everyday lives. It is situated however in a gully next to a creek and waterfall so it is susceptible to heavy rains. It is recommended to at least have an AWD vehicle if rainy. I can usually help campers with getting to the site in my side X side if you need to park up at the pasture. Please order enough wood initially as I have found I spend a lot of time delivering extra wood to campers. It seems as if you will typically go through 2 bundles per night on average. Also I supply a contractor size garbage bag to you if you choose garbage removal. It is also a good idea to text me when you have a solid ETA so I can be here to take you to the site. I want to mention that the two sites closest to the waterfall are a slight hike in and can only accommodate up to 4 person tents so if a bigger group or vehicle camping you will be placed at another site. Most peaceful night ever.
it was an unforgettable experience! The sound of the waterfall provided a relaxing experience, making it easy to relax and unwind. The site was clean, well-maintained, and offered plenty of space for our tent. The natural beauty of the surroundings was breathtaking, and we enjoyed exploring the area. The horses were adorable and host was amazing. Super kind and helpful. Highly recommend this campsite to anyone looking for a peaceful and scenic getaway. Can't wait to come back!!!

We had the whole place to ourselves and had a private waterfall! What could be more magical than that?! It was so peaceful and serene and I can't wait to come back and visit such a beautiful spot

The property is beautiful and the campgrounds are clean and well maintained. We could see and hear the waterfall from our site, which was beautiful to wake up to. Would definitely visit again.

We camped in site #3 by the waterfall. The site was well maintained and the waterfall view was incredible. Ken was an excellent host and helped us shuttle out equipment back and forth to our car. We look forward to staying again!

Beautiful site right by waterfall!
This campsite was beautiful and secluded. Ken was a helpful host and keeps his sites well maintained. The best part of the stay was the waterfall that was visible from our campsite! Would definitely recommend.
