Asheville Area Luxury Dwellings offers a gated year round solo RV site with full hook ups, firewood, kindling, bike wash or pet wash station, and trash service provided by your host in the nightly rate. ADDITIONALLY, you can enhance your stay by adding any of the FOUR EXTRA AMENITIES before checking out. Extras which are available for a one time fee are onsite which include a partially covered lighted outdoor shelter with a grill, bar sink, bar stools, and infrared heater above the couch to warm up on those chilly nights. This outdoor covered porch can be added to your stay in the extras sections if you so choose. The hot tub and outdoor shower are also available for rent for a one time charge under the extras section. Working remotely? Add wifi in the extras section. Rv'ing with a friend? No problem, you can add one additional RV to your booking. Our site can accommodate two large rigs. If these items are not needed then you can still use the site only at the nightly price. Remember, your nightly rate includes a bike wash or pet wash station to clean up after a day of exploring the Asheville area, firewood, kindling, and trash service are always included in your nightly price. 0ur site is only 10 miles to downtown Asheville and 8 miles to the Biltmore Estate. The solo RV site is private and tucked up into the mountain yet conveniently accessible to the main roads in our area. The solo RV site has trees on either side and behind it but an open area for your rig. Below our site towards the open area is the neighbors driveway. They do have a dog that barks periodically but they are far enough from the site that it does not disrupt the beauty and peace of our site. Asheville Area Luxury Dwellings solo RV site is protected with a private gate and security cameras at the entrance of the site and outer permitter but never within the site. Asheville Luxury Solo RV Site

Perfect location for Asheville

This spot was a perfect “home base” for our Asheville trip. The hot tub was wonderful after a full day hiking at Chimney Rock State Park and a busy day of exploring downtown Asheville and the River Arts District. I loved the location of the fire-pit because the smoke never blew back in my face. My husband enjoyed grilling a steak on the grill. Nate and Stephani were very considerate and kept in contact during our stay to see if we needed anything.

Asheville Luxury Solo RV Site

This is such a special gem! Hidden in the woods and I felt safe but close to so many adventures, great restaurants, and great views. Nate was especially helpful when I got lost on the way there (my oversight!). He came within five minutes and was so kind and understanding. There was so much firewood - I enjoyed a huge bonfire one morning with my coffee and the hot tub… Well, you just can’t beat it. Thanks!

Asheville Luxury Solo RV Site

Great AVL Area Location

Very nice site! Private, but close enough to AVL area activities, grocery stores, etc. We loved parking with living room facing driveway for the nice view, but for longer trailers like ours (37’ fifth wheel w F350) it might be better to be sure your backing skills are good to make the turn around. We did with no issues, but it took some maneuvering. Overall, really enjoyed the site and the hosts were very nice and helpful - would definitely recommend this site.

Glamping in the Smokies

Loved the kitchen/living room set up complete with a fan. The hot tub was nice after long hikes. It rained very hard the 2nd night we stayed and liked that we had somewhere to sit and listen to it and stay dry.
