Bear Creek Tee-Pee Retreat is a small slice of paradise in Mocksville NC. We are the last property at the end of a dirt road surrounded by woods on all sides. We built this space as our little stay-cation spot and knew we had to share it. We are passionate about what we do and work hard to continue to build and grow and share this beautiful space for others to enjoy. We have 3 primitive sites and 2 authentic tee-pees. There is a bath house with a heated shower, and a port-a-john that is cleaned regularly. There are 2 picnic areas with charcoal grills. We have a 24x16 enclosed stage that can be used for bands, educational classes, karaoke, yoga... ect. There is also an outdoor movie theater that is available to rent for an evening. There are a few restaurants close by and we are only 6 miles from downtown Mocksville. There are a lot of wineries and breweries within a 30 min drive from our property. We are about 15 minutes from river access to the Yadkin river for anyone looking to Kayak. There are lots of local fishing holes and places to go horseback riding. We are about an hour drive to lots of different hiking trails from pilot mountain, and hanging rock to the blue ridge parkway. We have 2 dogs that live here and will greet you at the gate. Please be respectful of the neighbors and drive slowly down the dirt road to our property to limit dust. We look forward to hosting your camping get away.

Site 1 - Secluded Campsites
Loved the privacy and the comfort of a hot shower! The hosts were amazing and quick to answer questions. You can tell they care about the comfort of their guests! Definitely looking forward to the opportunity to stay again

Glamping TeePee
We had a great time in the glamping teepee! Had everything we needed, was very private, and the whole area was very well maintained. Jodi was great and showed us wonderful hospitality- we definitely want to come back!

Site 1 - Secluded Campsites
sooooooo pretty! And it's very secluded. My wife and I were alone in the field. It very quiet with so many wonderful woodland noises. There was a family of bats that we enjoyed watching as well! It was very clean! Would love to come back again!

Glamping TeePee
Best Retreat!!!
Came to Glamp in one of the teepees only to find out we had the whole property to ourselves that night! We came up for a Father’s Day retreat and it’s everything we could have wished for! Amazing TP which was our first time, so clean and cozy. So many games to play, lots of string lights for ambiance. Renting the projector was on of our favorite memories there. We can’t wait to come back again! Jodi and the family was everything and so inviting/helpful!!!

Rustic Tee Pee Retreat
Camping in a tee pee
Peaceful retreat, a different experience of actually staying in a tee pee tent. Owners are nice and let's you enjoy your time. Provides lots of entertainment. My son was obsessed with the friendly daily greeters Rip and Archie.

Glamping TeePee
First Glamping Adventure
This was our family’s first glamping adventure, so I wasn’t sure how things would be. Jodi answered all of our questions and provided instructions that were clear. She is correct…Rip did get into our teepee and ate our dinner leftovers! Lol! We had the door to the teepee tied, but he got in some kinda way. The dogs are friendly and my boys enjoyed their visits. All in all, it was a great experience and we’d visit again.
