Casey Paradise Tiny Home was created to be a peaceful stay that allows people to come and get away from everyday life. Come enjoy a tiny piece of our beautiful Smoky Mountains! You can enjoy our serene mountains, calming sounds of nature, and relaxing way of life. Only minutes from Western Carolina University! As well as visit downtown Sylva for a tasty drink at one of our local breweries or shop our local artisans.The beautiful land our tiny home is built on was purchased by the Casey Family right after slavery. They farmed this land to provide for their family. Now this tiny home stands tribute to them. Casey Paradise Tiny Home is perfectly nestled in the woods by the river. Where are you can recharge your batteries from the hustle and bustle of life. You have a fire pit in the outdoor entertainment area to spend your evenings relaxing around the fire. There is a few things you need to know about the tiny home. - It’s on septic and well water. Be gentle with water usage - Gravel driveway is a little bumpy go slow when turn up the hill to the tiny home. - Pets are welcome ($50 pet fee per stay) - Tiny home is a Kitchenette setup to give the complete awesome experience. - Large Airfryer/ Toaster Oven - Microwave - Keurig Coffee Maker w/ few pods supplied You can literally cook every type of meal with the setup.
