Welcome to our 2-acre property, where we share our space with chickens, ducks, and four happy goats. Located in a town just south of Asheville, our cozy teardrop trailer comfortably accommodates 2 adults. It features a shower, toilet, kitchen hooked up to water and electricity, as well as WiFi and sewer access for your convenience. Our location is perfect for exploration and adventure. We enjoy hiking, cycling, gravel biking, kayaking, and climbing, and we're fortunate to be close to a variety of outdoor activities. From hiking and mountain biking to fishing and paddle boarding, there's something for everyone. Plus, we're surrounded by breweries, distilleries, wineries, coffee shops, restaurants, and shops, ensuring you'll never run out of things to do or places to explore. Just 20 minutes from downtown Asheville, 15 minutes from downtown Hendersonville, and 30 minutes from Brevard with access to Pisgah National Forest and Dupont Recreational Forest, our location offers easy access to some of the best outdoor destinations in the area. Additionally, we're close to parks in South Carolina, such as Table Rock, Ceasars Head, Devils Fork, and Lake Keowee. Conveniently, the Asheville airport is just 15 minutes away. We love living here because we're surrounded by everything Western North Carolina has to offer, and we're excited to share our love for this area with our guests.This site faces the mountain, chickens and goats. You can capture a beautiful sunrise and moon rise. The site has a fire pit and outside table for meals. The trailer table converts to a roamy full size bed. There is heat and air-conditioning. This site does sit close to the road that can be busy at 8am and 3-5pm when school/work hours during the week, for full disclosure. There is room for 2 cars. Included in your stay is either a dozen eggs or naturally leavened sourdough pending availability.

As a former local who returns to AVL on the regular, I have put Kimlee's camper at the top of my list of places to stay when I come to town! The camper is very nice with all the amenities (bathroom w/shower, mini kitchen w/microwave, burner, fridge/freezer), and the bed(s) can be setup as twins or queen. The location is very convenient to South AVL's Hendersonville Rd & Airport Rd but it feels like a tiny farm in the country. If you want to have a glamping experience & quick, easy access to all of AVL & surrounding to towns, this is where you want to stay on your next visit to the '828'!

Exactly as Advertised!

The camper was absolutely perfect! When I arrived I was welcomed by the hosts. The had fire wood, fresh baked bread, and farm eggs! Wifi works, everything worked and the spot was jut perfect for access to the properties I was looking at in the area! Woul highly recommend!
