It’s a nice place but if you want privacy, quiet and solitude, this is not the place for you. The host was nice and helpful. The power and water worked. The internet worked mostly.

Very peaceful spot! Loved going to sleep with the river gurgling in the background. Hookups were all 100%. The only missing element was no fire pit, otherwise a great venue.

On the River is a clean, basic place truly right on the New River. This was my first stay at a Hip camp. Great spot for a brief stay.

Scenic Waterfront RV Camping

Miss Cheryl was a great camp host with a wonderful RV site located right on the river where it was nice to get out and stretch and walk our dogs. We stayed at Miss Cheryl’s for a couple of weeks due to circumstances, and she was gracious enough to allow us. We are very grateful and will recommend this site to anyone looking to come to the area. Thank you
