We are a constantly evolving location.
Our goal is to provide a genuine secluded camping experience immersed in nature in a mountainous forest with privacy and well spaced out, secluded
camp sites. We also have minimal light pollution, so our skies are beautiful for
viewing the stars. We offer trails through natural wooded habitat with hidden gems of nature.
Wildlife viewing throughout. There are feed locations to increase viewing opportunities.
A creek on the property is lovely
for walking.
Centered between Charlotte and Asheville we are within your reach!

We came up to watch the sunset and then star gaze. The look out was a nice area for the kids to play. The sunset was beautiful. We got to view some of the planets. My kids are thinking of coming back with their families to camp.
Enjoy our stay of a few hours very much.
This has to be one of my favorite campgrounds that I have ever stayed at. Granted the weather was not the best for our stay, but all the amenities were great and the size of our site was very spacious.
I loved to see how we had already had some firewood when we first arrived, it allowed for me and my wife to have a little bonfire after we set up camp.
The spa on site is amazing and really refreshing, and the bathrooms are kept really well cleaned.
Very beautiful location, overlook was beautiful, and trails are quite nice! William was so nice and informative when we arrived.
For anyone thinking about going camping for there first! I would 100% recommend this location!
We had the most amazing time at campsite 4. Brought our friendly/off leash dog and he had an absolute ball. Loved the view from the outlook, and even though the first day had freezing rain, once the weather cleared the site was gorgeous. Host is super friendly and very responsive, wood bundles purchased through host are large and burn well! Highly recommend!
william was a great host! campsite and amenities were as described. we really enjoyed our stay and our time in the spa! we look forward to coming back!!
