Learn more about this land: 104 acres of private land for your enjoyment. This site would be best suited for tent campers at the moment due to no bath houses or electricity for the time being. Come enjoy your stay bring a kayak or canoe and float around the 6 acres of ponds and catch some of the many bass, bream or crappie that occupy the waters. The property is located 7 miles off highway 74/76 in Whiteville and 10 miles to Lake Waccamaw, 32 miles to Ocean Isle Beach, 45 miles to Wilmington, 36 miles to North Myrtle Beach. The road is grassy/dirt I would recommend a suv or truck for your stay. When there’s no burn ban in place or lack of rain i do try to keep firewood on-site but I recommend checking with me before your stay. Reserve your spot and experience the peace and quiet of the outdoors and listen to the turkeys and watch the deer feed in early mornings while the sun rises. Also in the pictures the grass hasn’t been cut and the tin hasn’t been put back on the picnic area by the pond. These things will be done before your stay! Peacefully perfect!
This is a true definition of a place for complete escape! Serene, well manicured, completely private! Fishing is awesome! So nice to have the covered pavilion too! We cannot wait to come back!

The Pine Tree Retreat
What a great spot! This was our first Hipcamp experience and it was great! The spot was beautiful and remote. We used our 24ft RV and had no issues getting to the camp spot. We fished, had a camp fire, and played games. Our host was great as well. Quick to answer questions and provided us fire wood. We will definitely be back to this spot!

Fantastic large area!
Great, large area with a pond to fish and float in. We grilled, let the kids run around and be kids. We were given plenty of firewood, we even had some leftover. Grill, shade pavilion, a little dock, it has everything you need. Oh and privacy. It's private. Large and private. Great spot!

Exactly what we were looking for! Private, lots of room, great for our kids and dog! Would definitely come back again - we had a blast!
