I moved here from San Francisco, to simplify my life, and accomplish my dreams. The Tiny house was designed and built by architect, Jesse Plaster. It's a unique cozy loft style design, set back in the woods on our property. It's purposely placed next to a creek, with a nice stone fire ring to really enjoy the outdoors. In the cold months, it's heated by a wood burning stove. Also next to the house are logging roads that allow you to hike the Ripshin Mountains.  The Yadkin River is near by, and so is Boone and Blowing Rock. If you like mountain biking, bring your bike to ride Kerr Scott, or Zacks Fork trails. Also, check out the workshops at Pattersonschoolfoundation.org They offer sustainable living classes such as cheese making, mushroom foraging, blacksmithing, soap making, kimchi making, etc...  Also ask about our private Yoga sessions. Last but not least, there is a wood burning private sauna that your able to reserve. There is plenty of room to pitch multiple tents, or park an RV.  Furry friends are welcome as well, we only ask that you pay $30 for the extra time it takes to clean.  The open loft provides a falling hazard for young ones.  Because of that, we do not allow children under the age of 10 to climb the ladder or sleep upstairs.  Cooking pots, pans, utensils are supplied, along with paper products and linens. There are two burners in the kitchen, a toaster oven, coffee maker, and a small smokey Joe charcoal grill.  The Yadkin River is near by, and so is Boone and Blowing Rock. GREAT ESCAPE!
Absolutely beautiful property!! Angela's Tiny Home was PERFECT for our weekend getaway from the city. If you’re seeking a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle, look no further. We left feeling rejuvenated, grateful, and already planning our next visit. We HAVE to see Moonpie again!

Sweet Tiny House in the Woods
The trees, the stream, and the nearby waterfall make this a beautiful spot to escape. The house is tiny but super functional. We enjoyed our time. Thank you!!!

Every moment of this stay was perfect. The tiny house was cozy and well thought out. There is intention in every detail. The location is straight out of a fairy tale, with a babbling brook, grassy meadow and thick mossy forest. This filled my cup and made my inner child come alive. The kitchen is perfect for cooking all your meals in. (It’s in the woods so expect plenty of bugs. Bring bug spray and do regular tick checks. While the bedding is cozy it’s pretty thick for warm summer nights. I’d recommend bringing a fan and light blanket for night time. )
