Grand opening! Looking for privacy, away from all the traffic? Look no further than Hansford Meadows! Guests (up to 8 people) will have access to 5 private acres. The camping site is next to a creek with brook trout that you can fish for (with a fishing license). Put your chair in the creek on a hot day. Watch the local animal population: black bear, fox, beaver and more out on the meadow. Great biking and walking opportunities in the local area with many circle tour options available. Pop in and see the town quaint town of Oxford. Oxford could be right out of a Stephen King novel with all that charm (especially in October). Site fee includes use of: indoor compostable toilet, creek side patio table, complimentary firewood (when permitted to burn). There are no hook up services, but the site is large enough to accommodate a full-size RV or bus. Cell service is also available. Generator use is OK, but not past 10pm. Pack it in, pack it out applies. If you are looking for a place that you do not need to share with other campers, Hansford Meadows is the perfect spot for you. 3km off exit 7 from Trans-Canada 104! A great place to spend the night while on the road or park your rig for a few days and enjoy everything the area has to offer. 1 hour to Moncton, 90 minutes to Halifax. Close to the Bay of Fundy, Joggins Fossil Cliffs and the warm waters of the North Cumberland Straight. Wentworth recreational area (skiing and mountain biking is also 20 minutes away)The pad is flat and measures 21'(w) and 54'(L). Easy to pull right in from the road. There is also a turn out to make backing up on departure easy. Private and quiet. A patio table and chairs, and bistro table are on site. The area does have cell service. 10 minutes from Oxford.

Nice job on the driveway and trailer pad. Very firm and level. A couple of things: your directions for Exit 7 are a bit vague, and we ended up driving maybe 2K down a very rough rocky road paralleling the freeway, exiting back on to the freeway. It would help to specify N,S,E, or W for turns, and somehow clarify what's up at Exit 7. We eventually found it off Exit 6. Road address sign needs to be larger/more visible, and we never saw a Hansford Meadows sign. For a 25' motorhome, and for most smaller units, you must back all the way in, or back all the way out. The property is pretty.

Nice quiet spot that gave the dogs a chance to stretch their legs. Very nice outhouse. Mark kept us informed as to burn times allowed for the day/evening, though we didn't end up having a fire. Would definitely recommend if you just want a quiet site and don't need amenities like electric power and running water.

This site is very peaceful and secluded. The composting toilet is fancy, practically glamping! We enjoyed our time here.

Lovely secluded spot surrounded by wildflowers right next to babbling brook. Best outhouse! Gravel area with fire pit and chairs. Table and chairs with umbrella also provided. Mark has thought of everything. Excellent place for multiple days.

Perfect private oasis
Tent
What a lovely lovely spot! So private and had everything we needed and more (a table and chairs). Mark was easy to contact and remained available during our whole stay. Our dogs also loved frolicking in the stream. We will definitely be back!!
