This secluded off-grid cabin and camping site sits on the back of a 5-acre family property and borders an 11-acre green space. This private site is approximately 1-acre and has its own driveway. The atmosphere is peaceful and private, and there are no houses or campsites nearby. The cabin has a small solar set up with lights, fans, a composting toilet, and charging capabilities. In addition to the cabin, there are plenty of great tent sites on the property. (Tents are available for rent) The shops, restaurants, and outdoor activities of Yellow Springs are a little over a mile and a half from the campsite. Enjoy all the village has to offer during the day, and retire to your private 1-acre campsite and relax while watching an incredible sunset or a late night bonfire. (We supply the wood!) Great for families, couples, and friend groups all ages. Green friendly. Party friendly! For gatherings larger than 6 adults, contact for pricing and packages.Private 1/2 acre campsite with rustic cabin. Borders an 11-acre green space. Secluded, off-grid camp with compost toilet and basic solar. Tent camping plenty of spots for tent camping. Firewood provided! Green friendly. Cabin is equipped with a double bed, a camping cot, and a table and chairs. It is also stocked with basic camping supplies (camp stove, cooler, cooking pans, fire starters, candles, lanterns, ) . A complete list of supplies can be provided upon booking. Extra tents and specific camping supplies can be provided upon request.

Joshua is a very accommodating host, the best I have had on hipcamp. The cabin is very nice and was well stocked. It is only 5 min drive to downtown, and it feels fairly private, a retreat away from the busy town center. It was a lovely experience, and Josh went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed, he even came by to recharge the battery pack for us. We will certainly be back!

The host was very helpful and easy to communicate with. The cabin is in a very convenient location for going to Yellow Springs' shops or trails. The cabin and area around it was clean and well kept. Joshua keeps two twin beds and a cot with some bedding provided plus space to do card games or whatever. It also had good lighting and an easy to use compost toilet. Overall, great stay and would come again!
