More than Kenough
We LOVED tent camping on site #2 at Katherine’s farm. I can’t say enough wonderful things about the animals, Katherine, or the property!
Katherine was hospitable and despite being on her land, we had plenty of privacy and so much space! The porta potty was surprisingly clean and my partner and I both felt so safe and welcomed!
There is something very special about waking up to the sounds of nature. Each morning I was greater by an array of sounds, beautiful sunrises, and of course some snuggles from all the animals. Our weekend was filled with cat naps (with cats), cuddles from the hardest working doggos, lamb and goat cuddles, and more. Katherine was always willing to share about the animals and farm (like the sweet baby Kenough) and you can see her immense passion and appreciation for the life around her. I truly cannot wait to come back!
It was also conveniently located near Columbus and there were stores and restaurants just a short drive up away.
If you are an animal lover or curious about homesteading, living sustainably, etc., I highly recommend coming to see Katherine’s land and soak up all that you can. I was in paradise!

Camping on a working farm!
I had a great time camping on Katherine's land, and enjoyed the peaceful setting. It was quiet and the sunset and sunrise was absolutely beautiful. Katherine was fantastic to work with, and being around all the animals was so much fun. I'd highly recommend camping here to everyone.

This is an authentic farm site! The animals are permitted to roam in so many areas that are shared. I got to photograph baby lambs with chickens and ducks. The baby goats hung out with the cats and the lambs and anything else that crossed their path. If you want to see the interaction of animals with their caretaker Katherine, check this host out. She will take any time explaining as much as you want to know. This site is not glamping, it is life and honest. I loved it!

Site 2 - Camping with Unruly Goats
A goated delight
This was a fun place. Katherine is a great host, very accommodating and helpful. This is a working farm and there are many activities going on around, so be prepared for that. Chickens, goats, cats, dogs, sheep all over the place and very people friendly. Watching some of the goat yoga was entertaining. Overall I had a great trip and would recommend especially for a family if they want to see farm life at its finest.
