Property is creekfront on Little Beaver Creek and borders state game lands. Approximately 2 acres sits about 10 ft above the creek at the campsite and 20 ft at the cabin. Good small mouth, walleye fishing and kayaking. Remnants of the sandy Beaver canal can be fond while traveling down the creek. Lots of trails to hike and a train tunnel to explore. Beaver creek state park is nearby with it's nature center, working grist mill, and miles of trails
