Three miles to McDonalds and local businesses. Surrounded by the Columbus Metro Park and 2 miles to the Ohio to Erie bicycle trail. Bring your own kayak and enjoy the beauty of the Little Darby creek.Select from primitive to almost glamping. Many are accessible by car (and close to restrooms), others require all/4 wheel drive. Plenty of room for whatever type of camp you are looking for. Gravel parking with large area to turn around and pick just the right spot for your rv or camper. Ohio to erie is 2 miles away. Bison and hiking at the local metro park. 5 miles south of I-70 near west Jefferson exit.

I Loved This Hipcamp

Little Darby Outdoor Hipcamp is a must stop on the OTET. The land is beautiful and quiet, the facilities are excellent (exceeds expectations!) and access from the trail is SUPER easy! Best of all ... Jay is THE BEST HIPCAMP HOST EVER!! He will make sure you have what you need.

Peaceful spacious site. Great host!

Great selection of sites that were well spaced out between primitive and not so primitive. Very spacious and well kept land. Very green right now (June)! Jay and his dog Lola greeted me when I arrived and he showed me around to where I could find firewood and the bathroom and shower (so cute). He asked if I needed anything and each time I saw him again when I would go to get firewood or use restroom et, he would ask if everything was going good and if there was anything I needed. There was a nice welcoming and laid-back feel to it and I will definitely be returning again someday and would recommend to others!
