The modern kitchen is fully stocked with amenities to help you prepare a delicious meal that can be enjoyed around the large dining table. There are four bedrooms downstairs, each with their own bathroom, and one bedroom upstairs. A catwalk upstairs connects you to a game room where the kids and teens can hangout and watch television, play a board game, or compete in a game of foosball. If a fun game of billiards is more your speed, you can enjoy a competition at the downstairs pool table. Sweet Serenity offers luxurious outdoor living on the large back deck with chairs, comfy lounges, and a fireplace that is sure to bring some extra coziness and warmth on cool nights. A hot tub is located on the back deck to help soak up the serenity of your vacation! There is also a playset outside that the kids can enjoy while you're grilling or sitting by the firepit, cooking s'mores. Boat and trailer parking is conveniently located on the property in case you decide to take a short scenic trip to Broken Bow Lake or Beavers Bend Marina. A non-refundable $100 pet fee/per stay will be applied on all reservations which allow pets. The maximum number of pets allowed per cabin is two. Please bathe, brush and treat for fleas before your stay. Pets are not allowed to be on the beds and furniture, and you must crate them when you are away from your cabin. Remember, this will be a new place for your pets, and they may not behave the way they usually do at home. Scratch marks or any other pet damage will be repaired and the cost will be processed on your credit card. Excessive pet hair, urine or stains will result in an ADDITIONAL $100 cleaning charge to be processed on you credit card upon your departure. Failure to comply. with a cabin’s “NO PETS” policy, will result in a charge of an ADDITIONAL $200 PER RENTAL NIGHT AND EVICTION WITHOUT REFUND. If you are in a pet-friendly cabin, do not allow your pet to roam free and disturb the other cabin guests.
