Bayside Motorcoach Pull-in 45ft
Pretentious and hits below the belt
The experience disappointed. It felt pretentious; especially for the setting which felt very open and parking lot like, there was a significant lack of privacy from surrounding neighbors flying drones (one of which left beer bottles at our site and drove their drone directly into the water ) The amenities, which were highly marketed through texts and email prior to arrival were actually not available to campers; food prep delivery and food carts (not even open til July). Morning after our late arrival we received a ‘sandwiched’ text message (as well as the family traveling along with us) from the host that essentially said; “I’m sure your sunset will be glorious as you’ve reserved one of the best sites - please feel free to stay ONLY as long as you've reserved as your option to extend or book in the future has been revoked —- < as your trailer doesn't match the luxury, non private parking lot aesthetic we are attempting to attract > “ curious if the travel USA RVs got the same notice- We read the link that was sent to us, which was never provided when we booked through HipCamp.  It said that our trailer needed to be RVIA Certified, 10 years old or newer and not have any pop tent on it.    Noting, we as well as our neighbors are RVIA certified, and our trailer is a 2021, there’s a 2022. This was difficult to get past - we spent $400 plus per spot for Fathers Day weekend. We don't recommend this camp site for anyone and disappointed in experience.

Seabreeze Back-in 45ft
The spaces were nice but the listing through hipcamp was unclear and upon arrival I did not qualify to stay there (which I did not discover until arrival) and had to search for another camping space along the coast

Waterview Airstream - Queen
Everything I needed it to be! Great experience I slept like a baby. I’ll be back. Wish the fire pits weren’t so deep so they could catch some air and have a better flame but everything was great

Seabreeze Pull-thru 52ft
Very nice stay.
Very nice place to stay. Quiet and the view was gorgeous. Highly recommend. The only thing was the fire pit didn’t really keep you warm. But other than that it was great.

Bayside Motorcoach Pull-in 39ft
AMAZING is an understatement !
Absolutely amazing!!! The views, the ammenities, the staff, the cleanliness, I wish I could have stayed longer. This place is an amazing find. VERY dog friendly. They even have a dog washing station. Strong wifi that allows you to stream if needed. The pool was the perfect temperature and truly probably the cleanest park I have ever been to.

Waterview Airstream - Queen
The airstream was very nice, all the bells and whistles. The property also hosted every amenity you can think of. We enjoyed the pool and had it to ourselves. We would definitely return here.
