Nice little stop off I5. Denny's and Flying J around the corner. Maybe 100 feet to get onto the fwy. Fwy noise but not too bad depending on what you're sleeping in.
Not a resort. More of a gated/fenced yard with a big greenhouse and some other stuff around. Great place to park for cheap while you explore the area. We stayed for quite awhile with no issues. Really appreciated such an easy stay.

Exactly what we needed last night
Group trip
We were in a pinch driving home late at night. Caleb responded promptly. Just what we needed to spend the night. A large field with various trucks and farm equipment. Close to freeway which was convenient but with road noise. Gated. The host had a dog which he said was friendly; he barked at me, but the host controlled him. Glad I didn't have a pet with me. Not sure how they would have gotten along.

If all you need is an overnight, its fine.Definity not a destination. It's basically a storage yard.
