Prineville Acres is a 2 acre, flat and peaceful, uninhabited getaway in Central Oregon to enjoy all to yourselves. It is 7 minutes North of The Prineville Reservoir and 12 minutes South of the Town of Prineville. The property is situated on a quiet corner, and is best suited for campers who want a more private experience away from others- as there is no host living on site and you do not share the space with campers from different groups. The center area is cleared of trees, has a rustic fire pit in the center, with trees surrounding the perimeter of the property. The adjacent property to the side is also uninhabited, adding to your sense of privacy, while the neighboring property to the rear has year round, liv- in very quiet tenants. In the summer, bring your boat, kayaks, paddle boards, off road vehicles or ATV's, and use them in the surrounding waterways, on the nearby public use BLM land, Millican Valley OHV Trail System, or Four Corners Staging Area. Or bring your family's fishing poles and take the kids to the local Youth Fishing Pond or nearby Haystack Reservoir or Prineville Reservoir that are stocked year-round with trout. Be sure to try Grannies for local treats just a few minutes away, for special coffee drinks you are bound to love or if you need ice or a quick breakfast burrito. Be sure to run into town and stop in at Tastee Treet, for the best milk shakes and burgers around! And- if you like micro brews or cider's in a very laid-back open-air fire side setting, stop by the Wild Ride Brewery in Prineville for a truly epic outdoor family friendly experience. While you are there, grab a meal at the on-site food carts! We hope you enjoy camping all by yourselves and that you get a chance to explore all the fun things to do without having to share outdoor space right next to others!Park your RV wherever you like, and have a truly disconnected- from- the- busy world ALL TO YOURSELF dry camping experience. Juniper Pines is a 2 acre flat space surrounded by Juniper trees in the secluded PLA2 neighborhood, just 7 minutes from The Prineville Reservoir, and 12 minutes South of the City of Prineville. The middle of Juniper Pines is cleared of trees and the property rests on a quiet corner. Take a morning walk or bike ride in the area, and you may meet a distant neighbor or two, or nearby horses. Several lakes and reservoirs are close by for fishing, kayaking, or boating fun. Lake Billy is about a 50 minute drive and provides tons of fun summer things to do. Generators are welcome, as there are no utilities on site. Some roads in the neighborhood are paved and a few are gravel, but they are all accessible by all vehicles. The deck can be used as you like, and while off leash pets are always welcome, please be sure to clean up after them, ensure they are with you at all times, and that dogs do not bark excessively. In the evenings, you may see the local deer family that strolls through the property so please be friendly to the wildlife. You are welcome to bring a propane fire pit or bbq but please do not leave unattended. Also, there is a local waste water dump station near the fairgrounds in Prineville about 12 minutes away.

Mandy's place is way out of town and quiet. I got some amazing star photos. It's a very rudimentary site: level, a raised platform for tents, no water and a ton of dust. Beautiful, lots of dust but a million stars!

Just what we were looking for!

It was a quiet place, felt safe to leave our travel trailer there while we saw sights in the Area. Perfect for us with two dogs.

Great spot to park my 20’ travel trailer for 2 nights. Would absolutely go back again in the future. Zero frills, just a chunk of land. Some road traffic but you’re far enough off the road that it isn’t annoying. There were actually a few folks walking by which fine, again, you’re several hundred feet away. A bit far from town, plan for a 20+ minute drive if you want to explore downtown Prineville. The highlight for me was finding a house nearby with a bunch of free cowboy hats on the gate that I scored one from!

Great little private spot. The deck was a nice amenity. Couldn't use the fire pit due to fire restrictions, but it would have been great. 10/10 would stay again. 😊

I only stayed here one night, but felt safe and comfortable! Some barking from the neighbors dog but it didn’t keep me up at all! Fell asleep to the stars and woke up to a few deer and fawn grazing near my car!

Nice spot
5 m travel trailer
Nice quiet dark spot to watch the night sky. Empty 2 acre lot in a new subdivision of sagebrush and juniper desert in process of being improved. Flat easy road access for towing our little trailer. Nice flat deck to roll out sleeping bags and tents. Could not see the lights of Prineville.
